Thank you for your interest in our wines! We’re delighted to ship our selection to customers around the world. Our international shipping service is available to most countries, with all orders shipped door to door via air freight.

How to Place Your Order

  1. Browse and Select: Choose your preferred wines from our collection
  2. Add to Cart: Select the quantity of each wine (remember, shipping is calculated per dozen)
  3. Checkout: Enter your shipping address and select your country
  4. Shipping Method: The appropriate flat rate shipping option will be applied based on your location
  5. Payment: Complete your purchase using our secure payment system
  6. Tracking: You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Most Countries: All orders excluding USA are shipped via DHL and typically arrive within 7-10 days.
  • USA Orders: USA shipments operate on a different schedule and are dispatched once every 6 weeks. After placing your order, we will send you an invoice for shipping charges (in USD) from our third-party shipping partner. At this stage, we will advise you of the exact date your wine will be shipped.

Important Customs Information

Please Note: All shipping charges listed below exclude local duties and taxes. These additional charges are payable by you (the recipient) when the wine arrives at its destination. This is standard practice for international shipments and ensures compliance with local customs regulations.

Customs Clearance Process

When your wine arrives in your country, the local customs authority will:

  • Assess applicable duties and taxes based on your country’s regulations
  • Contact you regarding payment of these charges (via the courier company)
  • Release your package for final delivery once payment is received

Shipping Options by Country

Fiji, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore

  • Flat rate shipping of AUD $150 per mixed dozen
  • Free shipping on mixed dozens over AUD $720 (excluding local taxes and duties)
  • Local duties and taxes are payable by the recipient upon arrival
  • Shipped via DHL
  • Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days

New Zealand

  • Flat shipping rate of AUD $120 per mixed dozen
  • Free shipping on mixed dozens over AUD $700 (excluding local taxes and duties)
  • Local duties and taxes are payable by the recipient upon arrival
  • Shipped via DHL
  • Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days

South Africa and Rest of Europe

  • Includes: Czech Republic, Finland, Malta, Greece, and other European countries not listed below
  • Flat rate shipping of AUD $584 per mixed dozen
  • Local duties and taxes are payable by the recipient upon arrival
  • Shipped via DHL
  • Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days

United States

  • Flat shipping rate of USD $341 per mixed dozen
  • 11% tariff will be charged to customer when wine arrives in the US
  • Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to Utah, Mississippi, Delaware, Rhode Island & Arkansas due to local regulations
  • All other states available for delivery
  • Special Shipping Schedule: USA orders are shipped once every 6 weeks
  • After placing your order, we will send you an invoice for shipping charges in USD from our third-party shipping partner
  • You will be advised of the exact shipping date when the invoice is sent

Western Europe

  • Includes: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, The Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, UK
  • Flat rate shipping of AUD $250 per mixed dozen
  • Free shipping on mixed dozens over AUD $900 (excluding local taxes and duties)
  • Local duties and taxes are payable by the recipient upon arrival
  • Shipped via DHL
  • Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days
