This beautiful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were hand harvested seperatly to caputre the best of each variety. After 12 months in oak each parcel was brought together to form a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot. The palate is packed with red fruits, plums and cassis backed with sily smooth tannins and structural acidity.
