Tasting note:A thoroughly grown-up style of Rosé, this is smooth, suave and sophisticated, full of ripe berry fruit and peachy-citrus notes. It drinks superbly on its own or pair it up with a light salad or pre-dinner nibbles.
Drink: now
Tasting note: You’ll enjoy intense blackberry /plum fruit along with a liberal dusting of exotic spice. It’s big and flavoursome but shows that great Margaret River trait: exceptional poise and balance.

Ivanhoe Reserve
Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
Croesus
Reserve Merlot 2010
Tasting note:Matured in 50% new French oak for 18 months, this wine combines deeply intense and concentrated Shiraz fruit with a mouth-watering aroma of cherries, mint and blackcurrants.
Drink: now-2020
Tasting note: A refined and complex wine with beautiful cassis and blackcurrant flavours and super fine tannins on the soft, supple palate. This is a superb example of classic Margaret River Cabernet.
Drink: now-2021
Tasting note: We don’t make much of this wine and it usually sells out quickly. It has an enticing bouquet of plums, blackberries and spice with earthy overtones and a luscious palate. And the great news? It will only get better with age.

Great Boulder
Cabernet Shiraz Merlot Malbec 2009
Bill Bailey
Shiraz Cabernet 2009
Perseverance
Cabernet Merlot 2008
Tasting note: This wine has a ripe juicy succulence displaying immense power and concentration. Delicious aromas are flooded with opulent multi-layered berry fruits. The silky texture is seamlessly woven through to a great finish and aftertaste.
Drink: now-2019
Tasting note: Incredibly rich with heady aromas of spicy, deep, dark blackberry and blueberry, plum and vanilla. The palate is massive and mouth filling, with ultra-smooth choc-berry fruit, dark spice characters and a warm, lingering aftertaste.
Drink:
now-2019
Tasting note:This is absolutely beautiful. Opens with a fragrant highly perfumed attack on the sensual zone in the brain. Then the palate delivers with such a deliciously sweet fruit fine tannin mix which takes the flavour to a very very long finish. Rich and densely concentrated yet with supreme poise and style.

“The reserve range which sells for between $25-$30 is exceptional value for price. These are quality wines that could be selling for a heck of a lot more."
