'... fantastic Rack of Lamb with Pistachio Crust cooked to perfection by our host. I brought for the occasion a bottle of Bill Bailey 2010 which I kept for a nice occasion. It was a matched made for heaven! The beautiful flavours of the lamb with the added touch of pistachio had the perfect strength to keep up with the intensity of the Shiraz Cabernet which also had an amazingly long finish.
