Brown Hill Estate Australia Pty Ltd (Brown Hill Estate, “we” or “us”) is committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles. • when you make a reservation for event run by Brown Hill Estate in conjunction with a third party (for example a restaurant, hotel or similar), we will provide that third party with sufficient information to secure your booking and contact you in case of an emergency or a change in circumstances.

What if I don’t want to give you my personal information?

If you are signing up to our newsletters, you do not have to provide us with your name and you may use a pseudonym. You only need to provide us with sufficient personal information to send you the newsletter.

However, if you have purchased products from us, including alcoholic products, we will require  the following information:

• your name and date of birth, to assist us in confirming that you are at least 18 years of age;
• your address, so we can deliver the product you have purchased; and
• your phone number and email address, so that we can contact you in case there is a problem with your purchase or delivery.

If you don’t wish to provide us with the information above, unfortunately we are unable to offer  you our delivery service.

You have the right to access your personal information that we hold, inform us of a correction or amendment to your personal information, or make a complaint about how we are handling your personal information.
